How can I feminize my face? (Photo)

I suffered from PCOS and very high testosterone throughout my teens me early twenties. As a result I developed what many called an unattractive face, which I can only presume is due to masculine features. How can I make my face more feminine?

Facial Feminization for the Female. It appears that the only thing that will benefit you is a rhinoplasty. I need to see other views-profile,etc. Make sure you see a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you dozens of natural results of his patients. Don’t rely on imaging!
