I want a slimmer profile when smiling. Am I a good candidate for buccal fat removal? (Photos)

27yo female looking for ways to achieve a slimmer face,. I get masseter Botox every 6 months (am due for touch up in these pics) but desire a slimmer profile when I smile. I am concerned that I will end up aging prematurely as I have seen my double eyelids drop down this year to hooded eyelids and a deeper nasolabial crease. Would I still be a good candidate for buccal fat removal to achieve a slimmer profile? What other procedures would you recommend (non-surgical)?

Buccal fat removal helps slim the lower face near the mouth and with smiling.    While masseter Botox, slims the lower outer cheeks in patients that have enlarged masseter muscle.  During consultation and examination there are ways to educate patients on their postop appearance after buccal fat excision.  With aging there is a risk of looking sunken in.

The changes in the face when smiling are amenable to surgical correction. The width of your face "at rest" can be improved with the reduction of the buccal fat pad and mandibular angle reduction. Both incisions are made in the mouth and would create a slimmer face when viewed from the front.

Based on your nicely posted photos I agree with your assumption you were a candidate for BUCCAL fat removal this is done under IV sedation with local anesthesia fee range from $3500-$8000. Again, best of virtual consult with.
