I am a 33 year old, looking for advice on what procedure(s) to get. I feel self conscious when I smile because my cheeks get very wide and my face looks pear shaped. I’m not sure if buccal fat would help with this. I also feel that my nose is disproportionate to my face and have been interested in a nose job for a long time. Any advice on balancing out my face would be much appreciated.
