Would buccal fat reduction fix this area of my face? (Photos)

I’m a 25 year old woman and have been on both ends of the weight scale and even at my smallest weight I have always carried a lot of volume in my lower face to the point it dominates any of my features. I like my face till I open it to talk or smile, a lot of volume seems to pool around my mouth/cheek/chin area. I have had chin liposuction and currently in recovery, but none of the issue I’m talking about has been tackled. I don’t want to look overly gaunt, but I just don’t understand what this area is? I assumed buccal fat but I can’t figure it out but I know it makes my face feel extremely unharmonious along with my lack of chin projection.
