When I perform a rhinoplasty, I make sure the septum is straight, nasal valves are patent and optimize nasal breathing. Performing osteotomies will not compromise your breathing.2) Raising the tip of the nose opens the external nasal valves. By doing this maneuver, your breathing is improved.
