Does Mybloc fully freeze the muscles in the face?

I had botox, dysport, and xeomin injected and none has worked at all for me since almost a year and a 1/2 ago. I recently found a physician that injects myobloc for facial wrinkles. However, it's just about completely worn off in over a month. I'm not happy! I spent a lot of money on this. Another injector told me that it does not fully freeze the muscles and is intended for cervical dystonia, Parkinson's and other muscular diseases. Is this true???

Myobloc is the only FDA approve preparation of botulinum toxin B. It does block muscle contraction but the effect only lasts about a month. Compare this for 4 months for botunlum toxin A. It is on the market because some individuals who require repetitive treatment with botulinum toxin A for medical reasons can become resistant. The botulinum toxin B offers an alternative treatment. It is completely impractical for cosmetic treatment. Myobloc is actually more expensive than treatments like BOTOX and not nearly as effective. It is absurd to offer it for cosmetic treatment. Absolutely all neuromodulators work differently in different people. You can have an individual in whom Botox lasts two months and the next person in whom Botox lasts eight months or a year. It is no different with Myobloc. After having been using Myobloc for more than 25 years, I can say that when the concentration of Myobloc used is a proper one, the effects can easily last three months or so.
