Mid-face lift or filler for malar creases? (Photo)

I'm a 50-year-old female with malar creases that appeared in my 40s. I'm wondering if cheek filler or a mid-face lift is the most appropriate procedure to fix them. Thank you.

Thank you for your question and photo. The malar creases you describe may be diminished with laser treatments or dermal filler injections. A lower blepharoplasty is a more long-term solution that can smooth the transition from the lower eyelid to the upper cheek area. This is done by sculpting, repositioning, and removing excess fat and skin.
I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to conduct a physical examination to determine which procedure is best to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Your situation presents a challenge. I would divaxdtsgdsrd facelift and your upper snd lower lids. You can e use t partial correction of your lower lid and cheek bags. Midface lifts can also provide fine improvements but there is the risk if your lower lids getting dragged down if the surgery is too aggressive
