I want to keep my current size, a bit bigger but generally the same. I want them lifted perky and upper pole fullness. My skin Is compromised, stretch marks from the nipple all the way up my breast and they go all the way around. Will a lift and small implant give me the results I want?
Answer: Lift Yes, a lift with small implants would look nice as your nipples are lifted and your skin is tighter and you have more upper breast fullness.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Kaylaann, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Lift with implant. What happens to stretch marks during a breast lift or breast reduction? A lift combined with an implant can be used to restore shape and contour to the breast. Combining an implant with the lift is the best way to create upper pole fullness, or a round shape to the breast. Some stretch marks below the nipple can be removed with the skin removed during a breast lift. Stretch marks above the nipple will not be removed during a breast lift surgery, but the contour of loose crepey skin on the upper portion of the breast will be smoothed when the skin is rewrapped with a lift.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast implants with lift Hello Kayla, Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You are a very good candidate for lift as well as augmentation with small implants. It seems that you have good breast volume. It is best to have a consultation and undergo Vectra 3-D imaging to visualize your proposed outcome with different size and shape implants.
