How common is it that the nipple will die when it's cut to make it shorter?

So I'm getting Breast augmentation along with lift but I'm not comfortable with my nipples after breastfeeding 2 little girls they stood long. I went with a verified dr said he can cut my nipple along with the aerola but if he cuts the aerola n my nipple will it be ok im scare my nipple will die

Thank you for your question. If you are happy with how your breast look, then I don’t see any reason based on those pictures for concern. I would note however that your nipples are slightly high on your breasts. This can be secondary to your implants dropping and causing the nipples to face upwards.
