16 months post op. Is it normal for a breast to be smaller and flat after uplift and implants? (photos)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

With your heavy large breasts, you are sagging again. It is doubtful your lift will hold at your size. However, an internal bra could be added to try and give more support to your breasts. Pain could also be from the heavy weight. You might consider going smaller.

The nipples appear to reside near the level of the fold beneath the breasts, the distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples appears increased, the distance from the nipples to the fold beneath the breasts is increased, there is loss of superior breast pole volume,and you demonstrate moderate sag.One cannot evaluate the nature of your pain from a series of photographs. A thorough history and physical examination is required.The weight of your large breasts may have stretched the overlying skin and soft tissues, recreating a degree of sag.You may be a candidate for revisional mastopexy. 15% of cosmetic surgeries are improved through a touch up procedure. Consider smaller implants.Best wishes...
