Since the nose is in the middle of the face, it will change a lot. Your nose right now looks too big for your face (you have a small and thin face), a smaller nose would fit you great.Best regards!

I think that aside a rhinoplasty, you would greatly benefit from a jaw implant and facial fat transfer.
