What procedures would help to improve my appearance? (Photo)

Question

I spend a lot of time in the mirror trying to figure it out; what i would need to improve my appearance. My nose for sure needs to be smaller. Everything on my face needs some kind of work but i feel like getting a professional , honest opinion that’s not from me would be encouraging. (It’s not a desulsion or insecurity. I get called ugly all the time) I’d at least like to fit in.

I always find it sad to hear that people are so mean to others and if the main drive for change is comments from others, it may not be a very good idea to have surgery to change your appearance. If this is something that you would like to do for yourself, it is more likely to be a source of satisfaction.

In general, it seems that the width of the nose stands out because the face is generally slim. Computer simulations in 2D or 3D can be very useful to get a sense of the potential impact of changes from rhinoplasty and can help you make a decision whether this is something you would like to pursue.

Depending on the characteristics of the cartilage support of the nose, it may be necessary to use also additional graft material to strengthen the shape for the nasal tip.

I think that aside a rhinoplasty, you would greatly benefit from a jaw implant and facial fat transfer.

It is best to consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon well versed in aesthetics for the best outcome.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide nasal appearance with a dorsal hump and a droopy nasal tip appearance on profile. If you are considering rhinoplasty surgery, please consult with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you can see what might be best for you moving forward. Since the nose is in the middle of the face, it will change a lot. Your nose right now looks too big for your face (you have a small and thin face), a smaller nose would fit you great.Best regards!
