A smaller a thinner nose would really fit you. You have wide nostrils and bulbous tip, you may need rib cartilage reconstruction to reshape especially the tip and you may also need an alar base reduction. Best regards!

Thank you for your query. You have a nice nose especially in your profile. From the front view it is slightly more wide at the dorsum and the nostrils become a little wider when you smile. A closed rhinoplasty to narrow the dorsum with an in-fracturing and. a slight reduction of the nostrils will help you further improve the shape of your nose.
