I have an bad deviated septum that I'm fixing at the end of this year with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. Since I will be going under, I'm considering also a rhinoplasty. I do not hate my nose at all, but can make some tweaks to make it look better (like slightly narrowing my bridge, and lifting the tip slightly). Since rhinoplasty has a high revision rate, is it worth to go under if I don't hate my nose and would do minor tweaks? I would hate to be left with a worse result.
