I’m looking for recommendations on how to heal my skin. The line in the bottom right corner of my mouth is driving me crazy and is the first thing I see in the mirror. How can I diminish this and prevent it from getting worse? I’ve had facial fillers.

Have you ever had filler in this area? It almost looks like some of the fullness could've been from superficially placed filler. If not, then it looks like primarily you may need additional volume posteriorly to this to get a lift (such as in the preauricular area/postmandibular region) - you could achieve this either with filler or fat grafting. Also I would make sure you are doing top notch skincare.

You will likely have the best result from a combination of treatments.  Fillers can be used to address asymmetry and add volume.
