What are the pockets of fat / puffiness at the upper sides of my mouth? (Photo)

Hi I have puffy ness / pockets of fat at the top sides of my mouth. I recently got my lips dissolved redone but these pockets have existed for quite some time. They’re beginning to really affect my confidence now! Please could anyone advise what this could be? And how do I treat it? I believe I have nasolabial folds too which make them appear worse. Based on your photos and post, I agree that you have a superficial thrombosed vein in the area and I think its due to the filler rather than a nicked vein. The good news is that it should resolve on its own and I do not believe it poses any immediate risk or threat to you. You can always try...
