Hi I have puffy ness / pockets of fat at the top sides of my mouth. I recently got my lips dissolved redone but these pockets have existed for quite some time. They’re beginning to really affect my confidence now! Please could anyone advise what this could be? And how do I treat it? I believe I have nasolabial folds too which make them appear worse.
