What are the pockets of fat / puffiness at the upper sides of my mouth? (Photo)

Hi I have puffy ness / pockets of fat at the top sides of my mouth. I recently got my lips dissolved redone but these pockets have existed for quite some time. They’re beginning to really affect my confidence now! Please could anyone advise what this could be? And how do I treat it? I believe I have nasolabial folds too which make them appear worse. I have lost weight recently which may add to it. The thing is, I still have quite prominent cheeks, albeit probably not as high as pRevi
