Is this filler migration or normal skin aging? (photos)

Wanting some input on what this swelling is. It’s only on one side and became apparent 4 months ago. 8 months ago I got miracu mesh thread lift for my nasolabial fold. My injector has since dissolved it twice, but the swelling returned each time. Is this filler migration? Or normal aging of the skin? I am 31 years old.
