I had tear trough fillers about 1 year ago. Originally they looked a bit over filled and puffy, if I looked up I felt it bulged slightly. I thought it would start to dissolve and look less puffy but it doesn’t seem to have budged. While there are some days it looks mostly okay, I feel like there are days when I’m very puffy and there’s a semi circle dented around my cheek where the filler ends and cheek begins. Has it migrated/will it dissolve eventually or do I need to get it dissolved?
