Are there procedures that can help minimize the appearance of redness in the palms of the hands? (photos)

Hi I am 39 years old. Ive had redness on the palms of my hands for about 10 years now. Ive been to the doc and they have no clue what it could be unfortunately. Any ideas on a treatment that may correct this? THANK YOU
