What are the latest laser option to improve and tighten the texture of my skin? My hands have thin skin that has an orange peel texture. Budget is not an issue if it will work. I am 52 and in good health.

Answer: hand rejuvenation/tightening skin texture Thank you for sharing your photos. We have different options in our clinic both surgical and non surgical. For the best result we normaly combine different treatments.First option is Fat Steemcell transfer (may be repeated for more permanent result up to 2-3 times .\Fraxionel laser treatment combined with mezotherapy ot dermal fillers. All tretments should be done in minimum couple of sessions . For permanent result i would reccomend Laser tretment and dermal fillers. Wish you amazing transformation.
