Question

What are the latest laser option to improve and tighten the texture of my skin? My hands have thin skin that has an orange peel texture. Budget is not an issue if it will work. I am 52 and in good health.

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis. We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Thank you for sharing your photos. We have different options in our clinic both surgical and non surgical. For the best result we normaly combine different treatments.First option is Fat Steemcell transfer (may be repeated for more permanent result up to 2-3 times .\Fraxionel laser treatment combined with mezotherapy ot dermal fillers. Fat or filler can be injected to improve the fullness of your hands and give a more youthful appearance. You could even come in during your lunch break and return to work after! I will often also combine these treatments with a combination of laser skin treatments to improve the overall quality of the skin.
