Does fascia grafting have to be an open procedure?

RealSelfmember098938
I am considering getting fascia grafting to thicken my skin at the tip ends, however I really don’t want an open procedure. Is there a way to just slide it in through an incision in the nostril(s). Will that help the nose from feeling cold/increase circulation too?
