I am from NY and had ethnic rhinoplasty in Turkey last year. A rib cartilage graft was put in my tip that I didn’t ask for and don’t want as it is too projected and hard. I only asked for a smaller tip and was told I have medium skin-so I assumed they would only reduce the soft tissue. Can this graft be reduced for deprojection? What happens if I completely take out the graft? My pre-op nose was not droopy so is there still a chance my tip could end up droopy after tip graft removal?
