If you are trying to lengthen your nose, you would need cartilage that is stronger and durable, either septum cartilage (which you don't have since you had previous surgery) or rib cartilage. Rib cartilage can be either from your own body or from donated sources. I would wait at least 16 to 18 months before contemplating a revision surgery on the nasal tip. I would also go back and discuss with your surgeon whether any tip surgery was done or not. If no tip surgery was done, the tip should go back to its original position with time.
