Updated: 56 yr old female. Will a direct brow lift help with glabellar lines and droopiness between eyes? Botox not an option as I've tried that and got a horrible migraine.

Answer: Should help Browlifts lift and reposition the eyebrows to an attractive shape. As part of that wrinkles should decrease. But, the motion of the muscle will still create lines. That's why botox is helpful to minimize those even after a browlift. However, if you don't like botulinum, you can ask the doctor to remove or reduce the corrugator muscles. That should reduce the wrinkling in that area. (And should help with migraines as well!)

Answer: Glabellar area treatment with brow lift It is very difficult to give you proper answer without at least a photo. Glabelar lines and droopiness can be very succesfuly treated with Botox. Brow lift, endoscopic or open, will also address this area. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in brow lifts, is recommended. Good luck.
