I am a 34 very athletic female and over time my breasts have developed severe drooping. I would like to have a lift with implants but I am concerned my desired results are not possible. I have included a picture of me currently and two of my desired breasts. Are the results I’m looking for even possible or will I only be able to experience an improvement?

Answer: Breast lift Dear Fitish35, based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from breast lift. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Implants with lift can restore deflated breasts Breast augmentation with implant and lift can help you achieve the fullness and lift that you are looking for. Given the size and quality of your skin, an "internal bra" such as the Galaflex scaffold may be recommended to help support the weight and position of the implants and give longevity to your results. I recommend you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in consultation who can help you select implants that fit your body and chest measurements while striving for the ideal shape and size you have in mind.
