I am a 34 very athletic female and over time my breasts have developed severe drooping. I would like to have a lift with implants but I am concerned my desired results are not possible. I have included a picture of me currently and two of my desired breasts. Are the results I’m looking for even possible or will I only be able to experience an improvement?
Answer: Breast lift with implants Hello. In terms of breast size and implant position I do think the photographs you provided demonstrate reasonable goals. Some aspects would be more difficult to achieve. including the degree of cleavage apparent in the middle photograph. The distance between your breasts is wider and any attempt to narrow this may be problematic. However, with the increase in breast volume provided by implants, you would have better cleavage in clothing. Also, your nipple areolar complexes are fairly lateralized. This can be corrected to some degree with a lift but perhaps not to the position in the desired photograph. Vectra 3D imaging would be very helpful for you see what a reasonable post operative result may look like. I hope this helps.

Answer: Breast Lift with Implants Thank you for your question. Based on your needs, a breast lift with implants would be the best option for you. The breast lift repositions the nipple and eliminates excess skin to fix sagging, while breast implants will add volume and shape. A breast lift with implants can make your breasts rounder, fuller, and less droopy. To ensure the best possible outcome, you should schedule a consultation with a surgeon to discuss the best surgical option for your objectives, the expected outcomes, and the recovery process.

Answer: Desired Result You will need an implant and a lift in order to get anywhere close to the desired result you are seeking. The extra skin and laxity of the breast must be properly addressed to achieve a stable long term result.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Fitish35, based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from breast lift. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Surgery You won't be able to look like the other two ladies since they had no lift. Plus, if you stay very active, I suggest going down in size. Placing the implants behind the muscle and a lift is your best option.
