I had breast implants placed and mastoplexy done, 350cc silicone implant, 9 months post op. I have right unilateral nipple sensitivity/soreness, which started about 4/ 5 months ago, I understand there might be some nerve issues, I have been evaluated by my surgeon and did desensitization rubbing. It has not gotten better, in fact I wake up some nights with it throbbing, and have tenderness on the medial portion of breast now, what could be the causes of this? What test are needed to diagnose?
