Now pregnant and I like this size and lift (Photo)

You have taken photos, so just keep them. When you are 6 months after stopping breast feeding, then go see a plastic surgeon and discuss your options. Since you are so early in your pregnancy, you may need the lift.

Photos are an awful way to communicate size to a surgeon. Instead, when you're ready for surgery, go visit a few good experts who use in office sizing (my preference) or simulation software to determine your volumetric needs (the proper implant). As for a lift, photo number two (you pulling on your breast) to tell me that a circumareolar lift would be disaster: the breast mound sags too far below the fold and your skin has no elastic component. You will need a true breast lift.

Then you will know your final starting shape. The breast can change size after pregnancy. The surgery will bring back your pregnancy fullness. It's just your shape bigger. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon' s experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them.
