What is a good laser alternative to C02 that I can do on a monthly basis? Hoping to maintain good skin.

I have been doing a years worth of co2. I do it once a month and I recently switched to Morpheus 8 and did 3 sessions of that. The nurse that does my treatments said I should give my face a 6 month break because the lasers can end up doing more damage then good if I keep doing them so frequently. What is a good laser to do monthly? Why isn’t co2 a good laser to do monthly? My skin is fine and I always recover really well. I am looking for something to maintain my good skin monthly
