Had my annual top up today with Emma in Bristol. So easy to make the appointment. Rang them and left a message. The nurse, who booked my 3 initial appointments last year, called me back literally 15 minutes later. During the treatment Emma made me feel very relaxed and it was over before I knew it! Before I discovered Nu-V, I was feeling desperate with the awful symptoms of Lichen Sclerosus and bladder issues too. Without trying to sound too dramatic, I feel this treatment has given me back my life. I love the fact that the all the staff are women and therefore very understanding of what you are going through. Without this treatment, I feel I would have been condemned to a lifetime of steroid creams (that weren't even working for me) and bladder controlling tablets. Can’t recommend Keran enough. She put me at ease and is gentle and makes you feel very comfortable. She is very friendly and good at her job. Answered all my questions and was very professional. Very satisfied with both the consultation and the treatment. I would highly recommend to anyone especially those who want to avoid going under the knife.
