Miicroneedling, even professionally performed is best reserved for the a final "polishing" step after other more effective treatments have been performed, and is not a particularly good choice for a monotherapy for any, but the most superficial, surface scars. So once gain, vert sorry. Close-up photos would have allowed for a more accurate assessment. However, in general, subcision, for elevating and smoothing boxcar/rolling scars and which I have been performing since 1995, typically offers overall improvements in the range of 60-80%. TCA CROSS, which I have been peforming for over twenty years likwise offers improvements in the same range for the treatment of ice pick scars.
