I had a facelift done on 2018. Well, it was part of my journey trying to get rid off all my horrible acne scars (atrophic, box scars, indents, ice pick). I have had, fat transfer, subsicion, C02 fractional , and facelift. However, I still have acne scarring including scars from the surgeries that I want to disappear. Is it possible to have the full ablative ? I'm currently having microkneedling. It's helping slowly. Leaving marks behind too
