Getting airscupt lipo on upper/lower abs plus brastrap area back of arms and lower back and waist. Currently 173 lbs. How much can I expect to lose. Hoping to drop a size or two. Is there any difference between laser and air sculpt?

Give your body time to heal before doing a more invasive procedure. You might get great results with liposuction, but probably will not want to use the fat treated with cool sculpting for fat transfer.
