I'd like to augment my radix to make it more flush with my prominent brow bone. Are these results realistic using bellafill?
Answer: Exercise Extreme Caution With Permanent Fillers For Any Purposes Permanent fillers can translate into very long-lasting or permanent and very difficult treat complications, which may occur not only immediately after treatment, but as many as five, ten or twenty+ years later. So, while the idea of permanent is understandably enticing, the risk for development of permanent complications should be frightening. Besides, even if there are no complications, the results of permanent fillers are really not permanent at all because age related changes to the underlying bone (in the case of the upper nose) will very likely necessitate additional treatment five or ten years down the road. HA fillers, which I have been using for nonsurgical nose jobs for over twenty years give rise to immediate, on-the-spot results and have the additional safety factor that they can be dissolved quite easily with hyaluronidase if for any reason there is a need to do so. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. And, one more piece of advice. Don't go into any consultation telling the doctor what you want or what you've learned from Drs. Google and Instagram because you may just get what you asked for. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: Bellafill is a semi-permanent filler that can be used for a variety of cosmetic enhancements Bellafill is a semi-permanent filler that can be used for a variety of cosmetic enhancements, including augmentation of the radix (the upper-most part of the nose). It is composed of a collagen gel base and tiny polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres. The collagen provides immediate volume and lift, while the PMMA microspheres remain in place and stimulate the body's own collagen production over time. When injected into the radix, Bellafill can help to create a smoother transition between the brow bone and the nose, making the brow bone appear less prominent. The results can be quite natural-looking, and Bellafill is known for its longevity compared to many other fillers. However, it's important to note that results can vary depending on the individual's anatomy and the skill of the injector. It's also worth mentioning that Bellafill, like any other filler, can have side effects and potential complications, including lumpiness, granulomas, and skin discoloration. As with any cosmetic procedure, it's recommended that you consult with a qualified professional who can assess your specific needs and provide personalized advice. They can also discuss alternative options, such as surgical radix augmentation, which may provide more permanent results.

Answer: Bellafill You might be careful with bellafill as it's permanent. I'd suggest a long lasting hyaluronic acid filler like Voluma which can be reversed if necessary.

Answer: Radix filler Yes. I believe that is reasonable. However, I always recommend using a Hyaluronic filler first to be sure you're happy with the results. If you're not, it'll go away on it's own slowly, or we can make it go away quickly
