Would Bellafill help fix my nose? (Photo)

I went through a rhinoplasty about 5 years ago. However, I am still not happy with the shape of my nose. Specifically the bump above the tip of my nose. Would filler injections and Botox help with defining the tip as well as getting rid of the bump? My surgeon doesn't want to consider a revision as he says it'll be hard to get the results I want. I am looking for other options.
