How can it be safe for face if for the butt I hear it is very dangerous and the moving particles can cause negative symptoms, effects, even death?

Bellafill is a permanent filler according to experts. The PMMA is not readily reversible and although this may be nice for volumization, Bellafill may also cause longterm swelling and granulomas. I would suggest a chin implant or Radiesse. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
