The lateral projection and vertical facial balance is much improved with the implant. I'm not sure your concerns in the frontal view? The lip can sometimes appear lowered when an implant is placed through an intraoral incision but usually improves with time. You can always have the implant removed and your face will likely return to what it looked like before surgery.

It takes good 12 months for result of chin augmentation to settle and mature. It may be still too early to comment on your current result since your scar (incision in mucosa, inside, around implant) is still very prominent and creates tension, lumpiness, etc. Your surgeon may consider injection of Kenalog (corticosteroid with prolonged action) to soften and deminish the scar. I would recommend waiting at least 6 more months before making final decision . Good luck.

Your assessment seems very accurate. On the frontal view, your chin has slightly excessive vertical height. Overall, I think it’s an improvement. A revision is an alternative to removing the implant. That would probably be a better option then going back to where you started.
Few women don’t look better with lip fillers. Choose a sufficiently experience provider, and make sure that the natural balance of volume of your upper and lower lips are maintained when doing filler augmentation.

The chin implant is not ideal for your facial growth pattern; and the issues you are having are a result. The most appropriate choice for your pattern is to remove the implant and have a genioplasty done which allows for a proper 3 dimensional (including vertical therefore) contour so it looks natural from all angles
