Good evening doctors, I'm 30 years old and six months ago I had a chin implant surgery with a silicone prosthesis inserted from the oral mucosa. If the result in lateral view is beautiful, the result in frontal view has never satisfied me completely... the line of the lower lip has lowered to gum level, I force the closure of the lips, and the chin and face have stretch a lot. Here are my before and after photos. What do you think? Do I do a lip filler, or do I remove the prosthesis?

Hello ! thank you for question You are a suitable case for chin implant surgery, it will make your face look better from the side, your face will look more symmetrical from the front, I recommend rhinoplasty surgery, these two surgeries will definitely have a great effect on your face.
