Chin implant length & facial distortion, should I remove it?

Chin implant has changed the look of my face so dramatically, should I just remove it ? Is there a way to restore my face to how it looked before ? I feel like a completely different person now, which was not my goal

The chin implant can be removed but the chin may not go back to it's pre-surgical condition. How long age was it placed? In some cases, the soft tissue pad can become ptotic when the implant is removed and drop below the mandibular plane. In some cases, I recommend removal of the implant and simultaneous genioplasty to prevent a ptotic chin. I would like to see your pre-surgical photos as well.
