Since the drooping you’re referring to occurs with muscle movement, Botox can be administered to reduce this muscle’s activity and the double chin appearance it causes. Kybella can also be injected to dissolve fat cells under the chin and create a more contoured jawline.

Your issue may be corrected with botox, but, we may be able to simply adjust the skin of the chin through a few stitches underneath the chin in a small groove called the cervicomental crease.
I don't think a chin implant will be right for you based on this one photo.
