I am interested in improving the balance and symmetry of my face. My chin does not protrude forward as much as I would like, but I also have a cleft that I would like to preserve. I have previously had some chin filler done that improved some of my goals, but obviously did not preserve my cleft, and is also not a permanent solution. Is it possible to have an implant customized or made custom to achieve the results I am looking for? If so, what is the difference in cost from a generic implant?

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
Your assessment seems very accurate. On the frontal view, your chin has slightly excessive vertical height. Overall, I think it’s an improvement. A revision is an alternative to removing the implant. That would probably be a better option then going back to where you started.

Hello ! thank you for question You are a suitable case for chin implant surgery, it will make your face look better from the side, your face will look more symmetrical from the front, I recommend rhinoplasty surgery, these two surgeries will definitely have a great effect on your face.
Thank you...
