Chin implant with cleft preservation?

I am interested in improving the balance and symmetry of my face. My chin does not protrude forward as much as I would like, but I also have a cleft that I would like to preserve. I have previously had some chin filler done that improved some of my goals, but obviously did not preserve my cleft, and is also not a permanent solution. Is it possible to have an implant customized or made custom to achieve the results I am looking for? If so, what is the difference in cost from a generic implant?

The lateral projection and vertical facial balance is much improved with the implant. I'm not sure your concerns in the frontal view? The lip can sometimes appear lowered when an implant is placed through an intraoral incision but usually improves with time. You can always have the implant...
