I had a closed rhinoplasty 1.5 years ago and a revision surgery to rasp down a bump two weeks ago. Immediately after the second surgery I discovered a hard bump on the bridge near my eye that was never there before. The surgeon doesn’t know what caused this since he didn‘t work in this area. I had a follow up surgery today to see if he could remove it, and afterward he told me he couldn’t without disrupting the bone structure. Any idea what could’ve caused this and could it go away on its own?
