What do I need to increase the size of my nose generally? 7 years from rhinoplasty (Photos)

I had rhinoplasty surgery from 7 years, i see that i lost cartilage in the tip and alar area + my nose became non symmetrical + as also i think my doctor shaved bone a little from the radix and bridge area which made no shape for the nose and became like piggy small nose… i want a nose that looks musculine and finally i want to know based on case… can i get my old nose back or to be near to what it used to look like… please, i need your advice and your point of view of what could be achieved..
