Hi Ahmed! I see what you're talking about. If a reductive rhinoplasty was initially performed, it is likely there isn't enough support needed to keep your nose in position long-term. Now, that's not to say that aging won't affect the nasal shape. But, if the surgery is done soundly, it should resist those changes quite well. A revision procedure would likely need to be open to refine the bridge and tip. Structure in the form of cartilage grafting would be needed. You can't re-create your old nose exactly, but you can create nice improvements especially in the direction of a more masculine nose. Hope this is useful for you!
