had a rhinoplasty a month ago. Extremely upset as the surgeon did not fix my concerns. My concerns are: the radix feels too high, the size is about the same except a bit straighter. But I can ensure it is almost the same size as it was before. The only difference is no hump & no dropping tip. I have emphasized many times that I want it as small as possible. I am considering a revision. How soon can I get one?
