Being that your surgery was only one month ago, you’re likely still experiencing some swelling that will significantly impact your ability to see your final result.
I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques, who can assess your concerns and answer any questions you may have throughout your rhinoplasty recovery.

I am sorry you are unhappy with the results so far, but I would encourage you to give it more time. Rhinoplasty is a very tricky surgery. There is likely a moderate amount of swelling still in the dorsum and tip. Swelling can last months and months. It may take up to a year or 18 months to achieve your final result. Hasty decisions for revision will ultimately lead to unsatisfactory results. Any experienced surgeon would likely wait about 1 year for revision.

Good evening! If it’s only been one month, there is likely still a significant amount of swelling and refinement of the nose that will need to take place. For consideration of a revision rhinoplasty, I usually tell my patients to wait a minimum 10 to 12 months. For more minor revisions, such as adjusting a small bump, you could potentially go sooner. But, for major restructuring, I would advise waiting the full course. Best of luck!
