After you have completed your weight loss journey, I think you can consult with a surgeon regarding a breast lift/breast reduction revision to get you more symmetry, perkier breasts and a prettier shape. Hello Jackie.First it is very important to loose all the weight you are planing to. Stabilize on your weight. Then we can determine what your expectations are, if you want to improve shape, size and/or assymetries.You will probably need a lift and reduction to achieve better symmetry and shape. We can sometimes use small implants to improve shape and upper pole proyection.

Breast reduction can sometimes have relapse and asymmetries with body composition change and time. You could have revision with essentially a complete or partial recreation of your initial procedure within the existing scar pattern that already exists to achieve improved symmetry of the breast mound and areolar contour (ie, make your size and position more similar nipple-areolar shape). This would give some lift to the breast as well. Something to consider.

Hello. This sort of thing happens with weight loss after a breast reduction. Congratulations on losing the weight. Once you reach your target weight a believe a breast lift with implants is your breast option.
No need to worry this is part of the process with extreme weight loss patients.

In order to correct current asymmetry, second breast lift/reduction will be neded. Weight loss and poor skin tone will influence longevity of result, in particular if you had very large, heavy breast before reduction. Good luck.

Your breast lift was inadequate. Your nipple-areola complex is still low on the chest wall. You can undergo a repeat lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

I appreciate your concerns and frustrations but you do have options.
I would first try to achieve your weight loss goal before doing anything. Then your options would include revision of your surgery with possible removal of more skin and scar tissue to lift and shape your breasts to achieve symmetry. Also fat transfer can be performed to add fullness, is you so desire. Come see me or another board-certified plastic surgeon in our area to explore the best options for you. Best of luck!

A revision surgery to reshape and equalize size of your breasts is necessary. Keep in mind that this would not be covered by insurance. This is a cosmetic operation.

First off, you should get to your goal weight, as you should be there and stable before undergoing any surgery. When you are at that point, it will depend what your shape and volume are, and what your goals are. You may need some revision of the skin especially to fix the shape of the right lower pole. Depending on your volume goals, potentially adding some fat graft to the area to help round it out would be helpful as well. In some cases, I have seen patients who are smaller than they would like to be after a breast reduction followed by weight loss, and have added back an implant to give their goal volume and shape.
