One way to improve nipple areola and scar appearance is by performing breast lift and scar revision surgery. This will make the nipple areolar size smaller and more symmetric, and create a more lifted and youthful breast appearance.
I would recommend to obtain an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Breast Surgeries to further discuss your concerns, options and expectations. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

Thank-you for your query. You will certainly benefit from a redo breast reduction and scar revision. Extra care will need to be taken with your scars, this time around. In addition to meticulous closure without tension, early application of topical creams and silicone gel strips may help. Sometimes steroid injections may be needed as well. You should find a Board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in these procedures and have him examine you, discuss your procedure and answer all your concerns. All the best!

Unfortunately, you did not provide your preoperative photos to give us a chance to evaluate your result; obivously you had very large breasts. It is not that rare to have to come back for second reduction in patient that present with gigantomastia initially. Your chances to have better result are significantly higher now, since your breasts are smaller. However, you should have in mind that you may see hypertrophic scarring and dispigmentation around scars even after best performed surgery. Discuss these issues with your next surgeon in details, please. Good luck.

breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You could have another revision with a small reduction and lift to obtain a better shape, size and symmetry. Please go visit with a plastic surgeon. Scar treatments can be done after surgery to help.

you look you have hypertrophic scars with widened areoles, asymmetry and sagging. they all are needed to be fix with scar removal, reduce areolas, move them to more natural levels and reduce the current asymmetry with a revision lifting surgery. hope this answer help you. regards

You appear to be a good candidate for a breast re-reduction/revision. That may help even out your asymmetry. I do believe a revision could benefit you greatly!

A scar revision may be helpful. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon in person for best options. Redoing the scars may be a good way to make them smaller.
