Should I take Mirena IUD out before breast reduction?

the Mirena IUD makes my breasts a bit fuller / heavier than they are without it. It feels like glandular tissue rather than fat, as I don't gain weight elsewhere. Should I remove the IUD so that my breasts are at their 'lightest' size when I have the breast reduction? Might this result in less tissue being removed? I am keen to go down as many cup sizes as possible (while protecting nipples) If I do remove it I would get a new one a few months after the surgery.

You have hypertrophic scars, widened nipples and areolas, significant asymmetry and sagging. You may be eligible for another breast reduction to improve the symmetry, size, and scars.

First, call your insurance company and see what they require for coverage. Second, go to your primary care physician and ask for treatment for neck and shoulder discomfort. Many companies want 3 months of conservative treatment before approving the reduction. If you are overweight, try to loose...
You have some excess tissue on the side of your chest. Liposuction may work nicely to remove the excess fat. If skin is left over, then your anchor incision can be extended to pick this up. This is not breast tissue. Go back and talk to your surgeon.
