Hi, i recently had breast augumentation 6 months ago. I weight 154lbs Height 5"4 and my Bwd is 15cm which is considered wide. Pre op i was a 34b, My doctor used Saline MP 445cc's in my left and 400cc's in my right due to one breast being bigger than the other. I don't like my gap especially with movement so he said he will do an implant exchange 600cc's to 650. Will this make me look too big, is it too much weight and will it bring my boobs just a little closer?
Answer: Implants It probably will not make them go closer, especially if they are under the muscle. This is a nice size for you and 600-640 cc's will be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. Please do not go that large. What you have looks good on you now.

Answer: There are several options to soleve your problem. Thank you for your question. I would recommend improving the widened appearance by performing a capsulotomy that opens the capsule of the medial part of the implant pocket. The current size seems to be sufficient, so it is not necessary to change the size of the implant to a larger size when performing a capsulotomy like this. Fat grafting is also very useful to reduce the gap on the cleavage side. In the current state there is several options: fat grafting can be done with the implant, only capsulotomy or both fat grafting and capsulotomy can be done.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Flygal74689, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
