I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

At the time the implants are placed, tissue has to be cut to allow placement of the implants. Sometimes nerves can be injured and the weight of the implant pressing on the nerves can cause irritation. You may need explant to resolve your problem even though it may not resolve your problem.

Pain can be caused by scar tissue, usually the capsule, trapping or pinching as small sensory nerve. Sometimes Gabapentin can help or nerve blocks. Sometimes going down in size will also relieve the pain.
