(surgery was 20177) What would cause pain under the implant, especially while laying on it on my side? Right out of surgery , i had sharp pains in the breast. Still years later i have pain under it, it will hurt to do arm exercises with weights, & i always need to wear a bra unless i can feel pains. I went to a plastic surgeon recently and she said it looks fine, no capsule contracture etc. And didnt care to investigate furthur.

There is always something that can be done to improve a result after plastic surgery. With subglandular implants which make the breast heavier, the skin can stretch and the breasts can become droopy or ptotic. In my experience, sun exposure and tanning bed treatments are a risk factor for this...
You do have "big boobs" and are certainly not a B or even a C cup. Going larger will be heavier and cause more sagging plus thin your already very stretched tissue even more. Stay with what you have.
