7 Months Post Op - Rippling with silicone gel implants? (Photo)

Even silicone gel implants can ripple. The newer form stable, highly cohesive implants less so. These should have been the implants you received. Options now to improve rippling are mesh interface placement which can be quite expensive. Another option is fat grafting to the breast to thicken the skin envelope. This has the benefit of body contouring. Drawback is it may need to be repeated.

You did not ask a question, but yes, you can have rippling with gel implants especially with minimal breast tissue or placing the implant in front of the muscle.
