Hello doctors I had 450 cc under the muscles 3 years ago my right is not fully dropped and they are uneven around the nipple I was wondering if I had this assymetry was before or implants caused it thank you

Hi! It appears that your breast preop are asymmetric. the right breast has less tissue and may have needed more dissection to accommodate a large implant. A small mastopexy can fix this.

Hello, thank you for your photos.  From your first pre op photos you appear to have asymmetrical breasts from the start.  This does not mean you can't make changes to help them look better.  I would recommend meeting with your surgeon to discuss options.  Best of luck!

Before implants, your nipples were symmetrical but one breast was slightly larger. It does appear that one implant has not completely dropped. You could try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments to see if the pocket can be softened. Otherwise, it will take surgery to reposition the implant.

Breasts are naturally asymmetric. you seem to have experienced some nipple ptosis (droop)--on the right side more the the left side--post augmentation. this is nothing to be concerned about. Better symmetry could be achieved with a mastopexy which will allow a change in nipple/areloar position.

From the submitted photos it does appear you had asymmetry prior to your surgery.  If not addressed during your augmentation it will still be present afterwards.  Sometimes it becomes more obvious after surgery since the breast volume is increased and they are scrutinized more closely by you.  A revision would bring them into better symmetry.
