Hello doctors I had 450 cc under the muscles 3 years ago my right is not fully dropped and they are uneven around the nipple I was wondering if I had this assymetry was before or implants caused it thank you

If you are bothered by the asymmetry, then it can be improved with differently-sized implants and/or fat transfer. While no one's breasts are perfectly symmetric, they can be made closer than what you have now!
