I'm a 28 year old transgender FtM, researching non-typical top surgery techniques. Most techniques that make incisions around the areola are undesirable to me because I feel that the scar tissue compromises their appearance too much. Are there reduction or removal techniques that don't touch the areola at all? Are there limitations to them regarding size/skin elasticity/n-imf distance? Thank you

It seems your overall results are good but I see what you mean. It looks like you had superficial lipo on the left side. This indentation can be improved with a little bit of fat grafting. I do believe the right side ia larger and needs a little bit more liposuction.
