Is there a big difference between UHP and HP?

It’s not appropriate for us to give you guidance regarding implant choice. This is something your provider should be doing together with you.
Each plastic surgeon will have their own weight of determining what the ideal implant is. Some providers ask patients to make the final decision and other providers, myself included, will make the decision based on having a clear understanding of what the patient is, hoping to achieve. I usually make the final decision in the operating room based on having reviewed lots of before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics. Once I have a good understanding of what my patient is trying to achieve, I use temporary sizers during surgery to get the shape and size my patients is demonstrated previously during consultations, . I usually have a full selection of implants available available in the operating room to choose from once I’ve determined the correct size based on using temporary implant sizers. I bring previously reviews pictures the patient has selected as a guide of what they are hoping to achieve.

Generally, speaking, larger implants, have more undesirable, secondary side effects, complications, and increased revision rates.Patients want what they want. If the decision was exclusively mine, I would use much smaller implants than most patients end up with. I have no problem using large implants but I try to respect natural anatomical landmarks like the inframammary fold.
